Besides strengh isn't the only thing that matters in battle. I don't think she meant Ryoko was dumb just of average intelligence. Ryoko is smart, but her real talents are her energy powers and such. The three Goddesses are equal in power. Hence "Tri-Goddesses". Three equal in power. I don't think anyone can safely say whether their powers are in "different" places (ex. Washu's intellect is clearly higher than that of Tsunami and Tokimi), or whether they are all equal in power and Washu who doesn't use her power hasn't "awakened" yet, much like Tenchi and Ryoko. They haven't seen their true powers or know of them yet.<br><br>Oh, well it's all up to OAV 3 to clear this stuff up.<br><br>Hopefully we get to see Ryoko use the LightHawk wings and see Ayeka be amazed. <p><div align="center"><font color="#666666"><i>Ten years ago, something happened.<br> Something small. It depends. Ryoko could defeat Washu with all three gems if Washu was in the form she's in now. If Washu was in her Goddess form and Ryoko was in the one she's in now then Washu could defeat her. .... I doubt Washu could control Ryoko the way Kagato did, because I think Ryoko is no longer controllable. I beleive that whatever program Kagato used to control her was destroyed when Tenchi "died". After all, there must be SOME reason why Kagato never tried to take control of her again after that. Why would he bother fighting somebody who he could turn into a mindless automaton?
