In case most of you haven't noticed, each Goddess appears to represent a characteristic/element. Together they are a balance. I don't think that one of them can rule over the other. They are all equal parts that should fit as a whole. Tokimi's appearance at least suggests that her sisters' proper places are by her side.<br><br>The one that would rule over them is one that would hold all 3 of their qualities. Separate, I don't think the goddesses seem all that fantastic... <br><br>We aren't even sure what each goddess represents.<br><br>Personally, I think the universe is in disarray with Washu running around as a 12 year old child and Tsunami playing around with a group of humanoids, making them the strongest in the Milky Way. Tokimi is too occupied with finding them... meanwhile the Milkyway is getting sucked into a blackhole and the rest of the Universe is going to hell. It's got to be Washu-chan.<br><br>I mean, think about it. Tsunami created the Juraian space trees. We really have no idea what Tokimi has done. Washu create... Ryoko. As far as we know, neither Tsunami nor Tokimi has created a new goddess. You mean she managed to transfer her powers to something else, right? That's what the gems are. The gems are Washu's powers I believe. I've heard a lot of different stories. Some say Washu herself doesn't even know what the gems are.<br><br>Have you forgotten Sasami and Tsunami? So far, the most powerful creation would be those spaceship trees. Ryo-Ohki is not as powerful as those, but is pretty close. Ryoko is nearly nothing without the gems. What has Washu created?? o.O<br><br>I think you should give up on thinking one of the goddesses is stronger than the others. Washu has some real weaknesses that can be exploited (her feelings, remember Taro?). Ryo-ohki decimated Jurai's fleet during Ryoko's attack.<br><br>And as for other things Washu has created, does the Souja ring a bell? Neither the Galaxy Police nor the Juraian were able to even put a dent in it for 5,000 years, and it wasn't for lack of trying. Azusa attacked it with Kirito, a 1st-generation tree-ship and one of Jurai's most powerful ships (I'd wager that only Tsunami and Misaki & Funaho's ship Nijumi are more powerful), and got his ass handed to him. And it didn't look like Souja did any harm to Tsunami until Kagato tried to absorb her.<br><br>Need I remind you, there are more ways than one to skin a cat. Washu's emotional state appears unstable (she's a 12 year old kid now... o.O). She has intelligence, but I know for a fact she'd be snapped like a toothpick if someone toyed with her feelings.<br><br>Why kid yourself about one goddess being over the others? That's like saying the Triforce of knowledge is better than the Triforce of Power when you know it's a part of a set.<br><br>And wasn't it a spaceship tree that took Ryo-Ohki down? And the Souja... taken down by lighthawk wings from Tenchi. Ryoko's gems could just as easily get absorbed as Tsunami's powers. What can Washu do to Tsunami when she doesn't even understand the Lighthawk Wings (and is even in awe over them)?<br><br>If Souja was so powerful, why did it even need to be powered by fake gems and possibly a goddess to be anything?<br><br>Washu can make the more powerful things (maybe), but she's not making things more powerful than the other goddesses, and that doesn't make Washu the ruler over the others.<br><br>Washu was trapped when we first saw her, anyway. Tsunami is the best goddess, barely. Washu is cool and everything, she is my 3rd fav character, but sometimes she reminds me of me, and that scares me. Also, I think Soja was a really cool ship. It was extremely powerful and had like an alternate dimension on it. What perplexes me is is Soja a living thing? Is it like Ryo-Oki without an alternate form? Donomite, Souja was powered by replica gems because they were the most powerful things Washu was able to make. Given just what those gems are replicas of, I doubt anything else could've given it more power. Perhaps if she made a new Souja, she could make better replica gems, but no matter how perfect the replicas are, they can't match the originals. If that makes Washu inferior, then Tsunami must also be inferior, since the Juraian trees aren't as powerful as Tsunami herself.<br><br>And Darien, how do you know that Tokimi is evil? She might be willing to employ evil people to achieve her agenda, but that doesn't necessarily mean Tokimi herself is evil.
