Who is a Pain in the Butt?

At least I have an opion and have the right to exersise it to the limit. I you don't have a problem with that and Kiyone wasn't my first pic for ts3 but I think I could make her more enjoyable and am looking foward to it. Before I go I must come clean I stole the class hamster.

Bah..Ayeka is annoying. She acts too stuck-up and like she's the most important person in the world. Maybe it's just me seeing this, but she is rather irritating. Of course, I can handle Ayeka. Sakuya on the other hand has to be the worst. But I don't count TiT as a real series so I guess I'll just count her out. Ryoko is cool and so what if she's *laziness*. I'm *laziness* too and there's nothing *wrongness* with that! ^.~ Plus, she gets pissed easy (another trait of mine) and she has a cool attitude. <table><border=3 cellpadding=5 cellspacing=3><tr><td><center>Kira is very sexy. tenchi's annoying. he's ruining all of there potentials... I say we kick him off of the show... Noboyuki could fill in unil they find someone better. But I do like the one thing he says to Kagato, "I would rather die than forsake any one of them." So maybe He's not so bad after all. In that case, Sasami is annoying because sh's so darn cute and never says anything funny... in a soap opera, she'd be killed off by now... but they do have to bring Tsunami in somehow... hmmmm. Once again, I've done all the work for people and proven myself wrong before I end the reply. :: goes and munchies on one of those rice balls ::

What?! Tenchi's the best character in the show! He's a likeable guy who acts logically. Actually, I don't blame him for shoving off the women who hit on him. I'd do the same thing in his position. Actually, I'd probably be advantageous if I was in that position. I'd say Tenchi's is pretty smart and true to his feelings... I don't think he's made any advances because he cares for them all... as in he 'knows' they have certain emotional baggage to deal with and alot of 'growing up' to do and so does he. He's thinking with his mind and heart, not his waist down. For example: the dreaded 'I hate you scene' in OAV ep 'I Love Tenchi'. He said 'I hate you' to Ryoko because well, she did something wrong(Ripped his dead mother's dress and also caused him some mental turmoil-she looked somewhat angelic to him with that dress and when that image was sort of disrupted because of her actions... well some mental anguish occured) and it did cause him to blow his top. When he returned from the fields however, he saw that Ryoko tried to sew it back together as best she can and she knew she did something wrong... He didn't apologies for getting mad, because it was honest, he really did get mad at her and she did cause him some emotional and mental turmoil and instead, said that he wasn't mad anymore because he saw that she did learn from her mistake and because it as the truth. If he said something like 'I'm sorry for getting mad, and yelling at you,' the cycle begins-Ryoko would be confused thinking, 'ok he over reacted and I did nothing wrong' and she might do something else-and so the cycle continues... I'm pretty sure he somewhat knows and takes into account the mental state of the residence in his home and the he does the best he could to help them with it and help himself-he has issues to deal with too. The characters in the OAV are more complicated and the 'relationship theme' is not the only theme that concerns the characters. See and take into account all the subtleties if you want to fully appreciate and understand the OAVs. Tenchi is a pretty competant character, and there are perfectly logical explanations for not advancing towards one of the girls or girls in general. Besides taking into consideration of the girls' own well being like Ryoko-just got out of 4000 + yrs of slavery and 700 yrs of imprisonment, He has to deal with his own issues - like carefully treating women with the utmost respect and fairness due to the loss of important female figures in his own family. I think he has a great fear(subconsciously) of losing anyone of them or all of them. And as far as relationships go, I think he's perfectly doing what he should to get his perfect, ideal relationship: He's helping them with their problems, helping them to be friends and find common ground with eacother(to lessen the impact of a choice-which I believe he already made). I personally don't think he's going to consider a poligamous/2 wife relationship. He has only seen this for a couple hours when Ayeka's parent's came, compared to the years and years of values that Noboyuki had shown him(its been over 10 yrs since Noboyuki had a woman and the farthest he'd go is to look and not touch, unlike Katsuhito)-trust me when I say Noboyuki could get a girlfriend/wife in a matter of seconds. -he owns his own architectural business -he supports 5 people in a house which he doesn't even live in(has an appartment in Tokyo) -he's a loving father and devoted husband; even when his wife is gone -Tenchi must have gotten some of that charm from his line as well(His own mother saw it) And I believe Tenchi gets most of his values from him, compared to a royal lineage that he just realized he was in and an estranged shinto-priest of a grandfather. <img src=http://hyas.homestead.com/files/Tenchi_Ryoko_Finally.JPG>Ã–Â¿Ã–"It can be a long journey to find what your looking for, but it's a hundred times worth the effort when it's finally found"

Although this is what you think of Tenchi (and I'm not insulting what you think), they never showed he was actually this developed in the OAVs. As a matter of fact, I think the only thing he ever did was housework. He's extremely boring. I mean, all of them had their weak points in the beginning, but as the show progressed they all grew to be strong and changed emotionally. Ayeka can be annoying when she is acting like royalty. When she acts like herself she is a good character. All the characters are great even though I make like some over the rest. These characters make the show interesting and make us all come back for more. I have to agree with Hyas no matter how much I joke around or imagine myself as a handsome, debenair, womanizer, I would probably be like Tenchi given the siuation. He isn't mdull he just wasn't given alot of character development compared to the girls. I don't think Tenchi's dull. He has a likeable personality.
