From the list, OAV (OVA?) Kagato was the best.<br><br>From anime series that I've seen, I think's a tie between Commander Char Azernable, Frieza, and the original Cell. <p>According to top scientific research, 3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the population. Yeah but he is pretty flat an undeveloped....**Gets all excited** BUT HE CARRIES A SWORD! In an age when nobody carries swords! Seishiro is still the *most* evil Anime/Manga character I have ever found.<br><br>He owns a pet hospital and loves animals. He is friendly and loves people, and the people love him. Additionally he's got the tall, dark, handsome thing down pat.<br><br>He is incredibly Bishounen. Instead of working against the goodguys (you know antagonist) he works WITH them helping them and eventually causing the main guy and his sister to completely like him. Subaru even falls in love with him.<br><br>Seishiro than proceeds to slowly but systematically emotionally destroy Subaru. For example he makes Subaru feel guilty because Seishiro purposely allows himself to lose an eye to a scrub bad guy, making Subaru feel guilty like he should have been hurt himself. As the finaly blow murders Subaru's sister (Whom Subaru cares about deeply). And then vanishes from Subaru's life.<br><br>Until X comes along you don't see what happens to Subaru (He is comotose from the emotional shock of Seishiro's betrayal.)<br><br>Now that is what I call evil, and evil with CLASS.<br><br>The best part is. Mine will be probably Kurama or Yomi (although the two are not technically villains, Kurama can sometimes show no mercy to his enemies and Yomi has serious revenge issues)from YYH. Kurama seems nice in the outside but his very calculated moves are very devastating. He used a seed that blooms inside the opponent's blood vessels and with his command, it burst outside the body. In Yomi's case, he kept the demon who blinded him in a very secluded place and leave him to rot for 200 years (before he did that, Yomi stitched up his eyes shut and slowly dismember the demon). In the manga, all of what's left of the demon -(his stomach his gone and only stretched skin connects it and his abdomen.) I'd give you the link but it's too disturbing to show. Ryoko, well, Ryoko is not evil. She was only evil beacuse she was controlled by an evil man. Kagato, well, in all the pictures you have of him, ALL HIS SMILES ARE EVIL I TELL YOU! I SAY AZUSA IS EVILEST OF ALL CELLS COMBINED! ATTACK OF THE AZUSA CLONES! RUNNNNN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Anyway, I vote Kagato because he is COOL! Tenkuu no Escaflowne, Shinseki Evangelion (Still the best Anime ever made), Slayers TV/NEXT/TRY (TV series ONLY!), Lupin III (Anything you can get really...), Galaxy Express 999 (It's one of the best first modern Animes), Almost anything Macross (Though there is a lot of bad stuff), the old Gundam series (Not that popularistic shallow Gundam Wing), Rurouni Kenshin (OVA and TV-though nothing after the Kyoto arc), Boogiepop Phantom, Katsuhiro Otomo's Memories (It's beautiful), ANYTHING Miyazaki (Castle of Cagliostro [Lupin], Laputa, Nausicaa, Porco Rosso, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Mononoke Hime, and Spirited Away], Revolutionary Girl Utena, Grave of the Fireflies (An Anime truly worthy of being called a 'film'.), Marmelade Boy, Kareshi Kanoujo no Jijou (His and Her Circumstances), Excel Saga, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Initial-D, For romantic comedy ANYTHING Rumiko Takahashi though Uresei Yatsura was her best, Serial Experiment LAIN, HellSing, Full Metal Panic, .HACK//Sign, Patlabor can be fun at times, Wings of Honenamaise (It's a classic for for some reason it just doesn't 'do it' for me), Irresponsible Captain Tylor (TV Seres), Kodoma no Omocha (Gawd, it's HILARIOUS!), ComicParty, Saber Marionette J, Card Captor Sakura Japanese version (It's unfortunate that everything CLAMP seems to not be well converted into Anime.
