Normally I would think that Aeka, being the richest, would have the most impressive wardrobe, but she seems to wear the same kimono all of the time. It is pretty though. Ryoko certainly has the most variety of outfits, so I like hers the best. What was that? Tenchi Muyo isn't normal? For pure variety, it's hard to go against Ryoko. Consider the completely different styles she wears in OAV episodes 3 & 4 (when she is dressed...), or Zero's closet raid just in episode 11.

I say Little Washuu ^_^! Many people don't really relieze that Washu has just as many clothes as he daughter. I remember going through different OVA scetches for different outfits, and there were at least 10. That's just counting her OVA wardrobe too!
