You can't play it on a normal american DVD player, or on a normal american DVD rom. There could be some software out there somewhere and you could buy a all region DVD player (too much). You can play region 2 DVD's in your pc. But if you also play region 1's, the DVD drive will only let you switch the settings back and forth five times, the last one stays for good and can't be changed. hmmm the dvd to your pc is region free... mine is and soo is every one ells too... if you ask in the store they will tell you... it is that way in sweden any way.....*cheks config* yes it is region free... mine is any way.... and I thing yours is also so you dont need any program for that....
