Heh! Nice one. Chibi Ryoko and chibi Ryo-ohki.

This is the first time I've ever heard anyone cite that image as proof that Ryoko was a child. In theory, it is *possible*, but I've always seen it as Ryoko and Ryo-ohki drawn in chibi-style, which artist often do because the characters look cute and funny. I believe most folks see it as chibi art, but there's no known evidence either way that Ryoko was a kid. The only thing we know for sure is that she was an embryo when being grown.

It doesn't look like a chibi to me.. ^^;; It just looks too detailed, chibis tend to be (as in the example you gave) very simplified (no real hands or feet and such simpler faces). While the Ryoko picture looks just like a child version of Ryoko. I don't know about proof Ryoko was a child, it could just be a picture with no deeper meaning :b but I wouldn't call it a chibi really.

That's true, eh. I have many chibi images and they look nothing like that.
So, stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

Folks have complained about Washu's treatment of Ryoko since they saw the omake "episode 13.5". But while some have a problem with Washu's actions, lets remember just who Ryoko is. She is a former pirate, and a very notorious one at that. She's killed people, and her actions on her attack on Jurai show her sadistic side. She's destructive. She had no qualms at taking a child hostage (Sasami-chan). She's VERY lazy. She's VERY selfish.

Everything Washu has done to Ryoko has been to "tame" Ryoko and make her a better person. In the OAV 3 incident (assuming it is the moment when Ryoko is tied up), having Ryoko this way when Seto-sama arrived was Washu's way of symbolizing that Ryoko was under control and not a threat (my opinion).

As for growing up with Washu, even if Ryoko was a kid, Washu didn't raise her. Ryoko even stated this. Washu was put on ice some 5000-years ago, which was the same time that Ryoko was born (in whatever form). Washu experienced Ryoko's life via the gems.

Isn't this possible that Kagato erased her memories so she wouldn't dwadle on them and focus on the task at hand? Also wasn't she all doing that for Kagato? Yeah, stated that she wasn't raised by Washu, but again... no memories!

Seems to me Kagato has deep emotional issues. He never had much of a controlling force in his life, so he feels the need to control others. He needs happy pills.

Astro... r u saying, for your theory, that when Ryoko was born as an adult, Kagato put Washu on ice and modled Ryoko as an... infendile?
Also does anyone have All-New Tenchi Muyo vol.2: Doom Time? Because my mom wouldn't let me buy it(the cover). And I looked inside they had Kagato and Washu go against each other... dude... tell me what happends if u have it!!!!!! PLEASE?!
