Greetings one and all.<br><br>I apologize for putting this here, but I wanted to put up a little intro of myself an did not see a spce for it, so... Here I am. =D<br><br>I have been a fan of Tenchi ever since my dad woke me up one Saturday morning to see a cartoon on the SCIFI channel. He knew I loved dragons and Record of Lodoss War gave it to me in spades. I was hooked on a type of animation I had never seen before and a story that we would never come here in America. The very next week I was up early to see what they showed next.<br><br>It was Tenchi Muyo! In Love. Needless to say, I was completely hooked.<br><br>That was seven years and many viewings ago. Every year my little infatuation has grown. From buying the Movie at Blockbuster to having an entire CD book dedicated to Tenchi to soundtracks, to ordering the novels from a Japanese bookstore. I have started an epic fanfic and even have my liscence plate as a character name.<br><br>The problem is not my addiction. I know it is bad and I can live with that. The problem for me is a lack of a place to talk about it. I move around the country so much that any anime friends I have are long gone and it takes too long to bring someone new into the fold (at least to the level I like).<br><br>I got so desperate that I even tried talking to people on Yahoo chat. =p<br><br>When I saw this place I nearly creamed my jeans. Maybe I have finally found my little niche of others just like me. A place to chat and read and possibly get help on my little story. A place to have friends with which I can discuss all my little quircks and keep up with them as I move from place to place.<br><br>Maybe I have high expectations, but I will check the place out and see how things go.<br><br>Cheers!<br>Plok <p></p><i></i>

What profession are you currently in? <br><br>Well, I am a member of the United States Air Force.<br>^_^<br>I have not really had a chance to see the worlld as of yet, but I plan on doing so very soon. The military is a good way to do that, as long as you are willing to give up certain things to do it and push for the opportunities that are out there.<br><br>And whose name is on your liscence plate? That's the first time I saw Tenchi Muyo.
