Who wrote Tenchi in Tokyo?

Recently I sat down and watched Shin Tenchi Muyo again and I began to realize how funny the series is. It had been a while sense the last time I saw it so I forgot. I got down to thinking about it and I was wondering, Who wrote Tenchi in Tokyo? Also who drew Tenchi in Tokyo and has he or she drawn any other animes or manga?

Well, it had all that info on tenchiintokyo.org, what happend there I do not know. Good fan site it was. Mytenchi.com's sister site. My fav. Tenchi site of all time is mytenchi.com... How I miss it. <hr /> <div style="text-align:center">Removed for GoE  "He's an Ass Man!"</div>

Hiroshi Negishi wrote Shin Tenchi AFAIK. He might not have been the scriptwriter (dialogue) but he was the director and also came up the main story.
