It was close but Hitoshi Okuda's manga started in December 94, Ova 2 started in 95 so yes your right Zero is a copy of Minagi |

Minagi would have been a better addition to the OVA than Zero. I liked her, but I've never liked Zero for some reason. Maybe because I've never really been able to wrap my head around the whole "merging" concept and how it works. I remember reading spoilers for those episodes when I was younger, before they aired, and being pretty upset that Ryoko was now merged with someone else. So I guess that's why the Zero episodes are my least favorite episodes in the first two OVAs. |

Hah, I remember that. I think my mind would be blown if it had actually happened. How would it work? Who would be the primary body, or would their bodies sort of meld together into one mixed person? What gender would the body be? My head hurts just thinking about. |

I dont think she meant "merge" in that sense, more of a "puts in tenacious D cd" yea that song with the..lol as for it actually happening, the person would probobly be a woman version of Tenchi, who looked a little like Ryoko, look at what happened to Kagato, when the Naja clone took the Ryoko body, the dominant personality took the form of the host Tenchi is definetly the dominant personality, regardless of his blandness, Ryoko would be the host |

i always thought that minagi and zero were both copies of Ryoko? wait, did (forget the name) minagis 'dad' work under Kagato or Washu? if it was kagato he worked under, then yes minagis a copy of zero. |

Never and its a shame =(, although even though she was messed with, we have 3 ryoko like characters in the tenchiverse, and thats a win in my book |
