Who is the best villian {besides Kagato}

Just wanted to see whoh'd win if Kagato wasn't in the running. Tootles! The only villian i know from that list is Kain... ...he's got a cool name, but I don't think he's that great... The truth is, I think Kain is a better villian then Kagato.
