Yeah, gonna have to fall into the "Tenchi and Ryoko" fan club. I said Shin Tenchi Muyo simply because of the fact that they had an official DATE!!! And then he grabbed her hand in the middle of it. Stuff just melts my heart. Aside from that, I re-watch almost every moment Tenchi and Ryoko have together, something about those two being near each other but not together makes me think it's just around the corner, then END CREDITS. Bastards. |

Its what i do, lol all in the classification Shin Tenchi Muyo and Tenchi Universe were great series, and yea, they actually had a date and he actually showed interest in her, AND HE ACTUALLY THOUGHT ABOUT WHETHER HE LOVED HER or NOT (the whole thing right after they got done in the park, he was so into her) We needs us some more Tenchi Spinoffs, and More TenchixRyoko moments, |

Definitely, in fact, I'm going to re-watch all of those little moments. Every time Ryoko simply sighs at the thought of Tenchi (gets me every time), and every hug, thoughtful glare, and even when Tenchi slapped Ryoko for attacking the clone. Before he put his arm around Ryoko. The fact that he did that and apologized after... Made it feel more real. |

Definetly more real, I just got done marathon-ing Tenchi in Tokyo (i had been wanting to for awhile) and i gotta say, i love that series about 3x more now,except i absolutely hate Sakuya now, shes kinda like Noike, she hijacks the plot and whines all the time, god, (and gets 3 kisses in, wtf's up with that?) lol anywho it is very much Tenchi favoring Ryoko a little more then the rest, but i learned alot from it after watching again and gained more respect for people i never thought i would, Aeka, Kiyone and Mihoshi, Aeka is actually normal like in the OVA, and is the only person who actually tries to keep the family together Kiyone shows some actual feeling toward Mihoshi and towards the end disregards all job related inquires and puts the family first (which is unheard of) and Mihoshi is probobly the least ditzy i've ever seen her, to the point where most of her scenes actually show her doing what she needs to be and not blowing it up But most of all, if anybody could sell me on a harem ending (with a slight taste of Ryoko favoring) its Yoshihiro Takamoto, that was an amazing ending, idc what anybody says, because he didnt FORCE the whole harem thing, but very subtly put its nuance in the story and to how it played out in a way thats completely satisfying, i will always love Tenchi's Universe's ending the most because its all about Ryoko and Tenchi, but for harem, its all TiT hands down i know its kinda out there as a response but i didnt feel like making another topic, lol oh and the whole "carnival love thing" is another tie-in with Manatsu no Eve, just figured i'd throw that in there |
