favorite tenchi series?

well first of all! to begin with! i wouldnt trust her lol! id be goin down to the planet with her! and i wouldnt be giving her! a space pirate so much as wiff of my purse hahahah!

anyway fav series?

its still universe, as it's the most fun. intergalactic space adventure ftw!
the OVA got too depressing and Tokyo blew everything way out of proportion, and got real boring at parts.

Not too mention the epic ending it had, they were holding each other, and tenchi was smiling about it for the first time ever,plus one of the most amazing ending lines of an anime series i've ever heard "you know, my tenchi, the carnival comes and gos, but if you wait just long enough, the carnival will always find its way back"

personally whoever you favor, that ending line is pretty hard (if not) untoppable, its just too good

thats why its my favorite

yeh, i was walking on sunshine after that end.
cause id watched the OVA previously and was just thinking 'please please good ending!'
then Ryoko like dies (looks like it) in 3rd last ep, and was like 'thats it suicide!' then she comes back!
and i was lie 'OMGGYUSSSSWIINNN!'

I have to admit, I know it's a bit silly, but I always tear up at the end of Universe. I blame Petrea partially for that! When Ryoko said "I'll tell you something, my Tenchi" it sounded so real. You could hear the love and emotion in her voice. But even without her voice, it's just a very well done and beautiful scene.

Oh yea, petrea hit a grand slam with that line, her voice, on top of the line itself, on top of the music playing in the background, i know the first time i saw that i was like "YES this is amazing" and i cried a little it moved me that much

yeh, ill admit to trying to hold back the tears, especially in the part where shes lying there in her ship
bleeding and she says to Ryohki; "You know what......im lonely....i must sound silly" i cant watch that scene
its just too fukin sad, poor girl.

I still tear up, especially when Ryo-Ohki, remembering (whilst hearing Ryoko's voice) say, "Where should we go next, what do you think, Ryo-Ohki?"

Hard holdin em back thinking about it...
