Yeah, what the title says. I liked Universe for Kiyone, the way the characters were developed, the sometimes funny fillers, and how it seemed to lean towards a Ryoko and Tenchi future. |

No question it was the OVA. The characters were just that much more developed and the story more interesting for me. Although I like all the series (even TiT ^^) the OVA was just that little extra. Having said that I still haven't watched the new OVA, largely because I was a big fan of the dub and I can't take all new voice actors... I will get it at some point though. |

honestly, how couldnt it be the OAV? it had the coolest concepts of all the series. and really put in perspective just how powerful some of the characters were. im talkin about the OAV 1 btw, OAV 2 was a bit mehhh i probably love the Tenchi TV or Universe 2nd. |

For me: OVAs - Loved it for the richness of the background info and character development that went into all. Sidenote- I think I'm just gonna stick with watching the subs as far as OVA 3 is concerned. >> TU - Found it just as enjoyable as the OVA, and yay for all the lovely T/R moments there are! x3 Shin- Um...I actually enjoyed it. ^^;; *puts up shield* Even though almost all the main character's personalities were umm..very much not like the ones from the other series- I found it to be quite entertaining and funny (what with everyone's exaggerated expressions and the overall silliness that was in certain parts). GXP- Saw one episode, but I just don't have enough interest to watch this one. |

GXP was enjoyable, but I disliked some aspects (especially toward the end). In particular, the whole Seina to royal family status was too ridiculous/preposterous for me. |

hey guys what about the movies? the movies were really well done. some of the best anime movies ive seen. my fav is probably tenchi muyo in love, followed by daughter of darkness then tenchi forever. TF was very dark and depressing thou. very very deep as far as tenchi muyo is concerned. also i loved the alternate history in it on yosho and his old wife. TMIL was great though! the music score, the setting, plotline, everything! i love the train scene when ryoko and ayeka are fighting classic stuff!
