Yes i have seen Tenchi, i have re-watched it many times. It was my obsession most of middle school. I know theres a definite difference between hentai and anime but hentai pretty much is porn drawn out people seek it for the same reason they seek out porn. Money and product costs are not the only reason for anime. The directer has more control over how the characters act and are portrayed. The end result is much better story telling.
