Why there will never be an OAV4

Thanks for the welcome bkev, from reading earlier posts you guys kinda sound like your own little carnival yourselves, plus this seems to be the only real surviving Tenchi forum, lol

and at crumpets the wise, the show is VERY addictive, i got out my Ultimate Edition of the First 2 OVA'S last night and said "well i'll watch an episode" which turned into 3 which turned into 7, lol

but seriously, i think a little more down the road, Kajishima-Sensei will make another OVA of the original cast, whether it be canon or spinoff, because like Ryoko once said, "If you wait long enough, the carnival will ALWAYS find its way back".

Yes, you know I once used that in a final for a class. We had to write a monologue, and that was my final line - the best in the series.

Yea that was definitely the best line i've ever heard out of all of it, and looking at the moment its like "wow thats just 0_0" real inspiring

and if you didnt get an A on that with a closing line like that, then you had a real robot of a teacher/professor, lol

I got an A.

I frequently rewatch the last two episodes of Tenchi Universe, because I love that line so much.

likewise, 1. because its amazing, 2. It confirms (at least for me anyway) that Tenchi and Ryoko WERE meant to be together (the whole universe timeline is riddled with it) and 3. it gives me hope whenever i chance upon *cough OVA3* that there will be another chapter in the series

Honestly, the very beginning and end of Tenchi Universe makes me tear up more than the slaughter of hundreds of puppies. Oh, and No Need for Ryoko I think is the title, that one is incredibly heart wrenching. The first time I saw that, when her hand fell to her side and the blood came down, AND EVEN FURTHER when Ryo-Ohki howled with the music picking up. I wanted to die. Possibly the most climactic scene in anime drama that actually touched me.

I think everyone did. If they didn't then they don't have a heart and shouldn't watch Tenchi to begin with.

well, there is AFC board....only if you have no sense of humor and worship OAV3. just sayin....universe fans and those not receptive to the merits of plural marriage need not discuss anything that goes against the almighty will of sexually frustrated folks and their fantasies of having multiple women clinging to them....

I've seen that board before shotgun and needless to say, I cant really call it a "Tenchi" forum when they worship the weakest link in the series and if you say otherwise your flamed and or pushed away as someone who doesnt properly appreciate the series, lol
