Money is a terrible thing, which can (and does) influence alot of things (This is one of the bigger reasons i've come to and heard about Petrea's absence to OVA3, I mean when it comes down to it, going all that way for MINIMUM VA pay would either be a "i gotta be in a really good nostalgic mood to do this" or "thats not enough i'd love to but thats a rip to me as an actor"), Unfortunatly for us however, FUNImation is cheap, too cheap to provide and to prove that they can keep a VA cast together without ruining the show itself (Tenchi Muyo isnt the only one, One Piece's FUNI actors are deplorable compared to the original's)

and off topic but did anybody notice on ANM (Anime News Network) when they list Tenchi Universe, Adult Swim is shown as one of the broadcasters??, did they really broadcast Tenchi TV? because if they did i never remember it being on there

Must be confusing it with Toonami's Midnight Run. They aired the edited version shown on earlier in the day, because they didn't feel like re-editing it a second time.

For that matter i miss good anime being on cable tv at all, the only people that really even know it exist are Sci-Fi (Mondays woo) and Adult Swim (whos only NEW anime is Code Geass) i mean dont get me wrong i love big O and Cowboy bebop but only on saturdays now? come on
