OAV and Ryo-oh-ki are one in the same.

The movies were never given USA runs on TV, if I'm not mistaken. But that - in terms of real-world chronology - appears to be correct. TU finished just before OVA 2 did, though... I think.

If you want to watch them in terms of when they were released then:

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki! (OVA, the first two sets)

Tenchi Universe (TV series)

Tenchi Muyo in Love (1st movie which follows Tenchi Universe storyline)

Tenchi Muyo and the Daughter of Darkness (Second movie that follows a sepearate storyline after OVA 1)

Tenchi In Tokyo (Second TV series)

Tenchi Muyo in Love II or in America: Tenchi Forever (3rd movie which follows the Tenchi Universe and the first movie storyline)

Tenchi Muyo! GXP (Follows Tenchi's Friend who gets enlisted into the Galaxy Police Academy)

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki! (OVA III)

A good site to find Tenchi Universe, Tenchi in Tokyo and Tenchi Muyo GXP in veoh.com. You can also got to youtube. I know they have all the movies.

Keep in mind the run times do not indicate continuity (what order the series belong in or how they are related to each other).
