About that Omatsuri Zenjitsu no Yoru - Omake thing....

So I've been a tenchi fan since I was about 14. When I saw the 3rd oav, it left me a little pissed off.

Seemed nothing like the first 13 episodes and this new chick came in and it seemed tenchi was all over her for some reason. Don't know why they did that, oh well. Then I hear that the guy wants to continue the stories in some way and this "Omatsuri Zenjitsu no Yoru - Omake" manga thing is a part of it. I search for it and wow, Hentai fest.

Is this supposed to be canon or is it fan service? The boy at the end is supposed to be Tenchis half brother or something right? Why in gods name did the guy do this?

And why is that Noike loser getting it on with tenchi while ayeka giggles and ryoko is no where to be seen?

I really, really, REALLY hope that this is not canon, because my heart will be broken.

Can someone enlighten me?

Alas, it's canon. Mr.Kajishima's style has changed. I could be wrong though.

And believe me, if you check our earlier discussions about OAV3, GXP, the new otake and the like, you will find that you have just joined the club.

Let me put it to ya like this:
as the Tenchi Muyo fanbase sinks by the year thanks to lack of mainstream play and the recent Kajishima crap, there's still some fraction of the fanbase who shower Sakuya from Tenchi in Tokyo with unconditional hate. To them, I say, "as bad as you say Sakuya is, ten thousand Sakuyas couldn't f!@# up the franchise as badly as Noike, Seto, and their felly nelly new peeps did."
Maybe they should think about attaching themselves to a new unconditional hate magnet or two.

I guess someone who the guy just met is a more reasonable choice then the chick who has watched him grow up.

I guess to me the Noike chick was getting a whole lot of attention from tenchi.

Are you sure about that Ayeka and Sasame thing? You mean that Tenchi is probably getting action from all of them and that scene just so happened to have took place on Noike Tuesdays or something? That is either really messed up or really awesome. Hard for me to believe because of that whole arranged marriage thing in the 3rd ova though, but if Ryoko and Tenchi have a kid then I guess that would make sense.

And that gives me some comfort. Tenchi and Ryoko have a daughter. Freakin tight. Tenchi is the dad right?
