I'm hoping they translate as much as they can, however it may be slow, as they have to pay for most of their translations (as of late they haven't had a loyal translator and have had to pay for them) |

ugh that's nasty. Paying for fansubs? That's low... they need a new translator pronto! |

Love that pic, Ryoko playing lead is the ultimate win, well that and Tenchi's drumming lol, Kagato doesn't look too thrilled though |

Ryoko looks awesome in the picture, hair up and everything =) ! Kagato does look a bit unhappy, but Washu also seems to be not enjoying herself either, judging by the vein on the back of her head. I like how there are like ten Ryo-Ohkis in the picture though, they must be the groupies, or better yet, security |

Lol security, Washu looks like shes mad at the Ryo-Ohki with the wire in her mouth, tisk tisk, but yea Ryoko looks really good in this picture |

Ryo-Ohki certainly may be cute, but you don't wanna get her mad ^_^, especially after what she did in OVA 3 |

i've been taking japanese for over two years now, but i did have to withdraw for awhile to go get shot at in afghanistan, and i have no interest in translating the shin novels as we have a basic idea that they aren't very kind to ryoko. i have the one with ryoko on the cover with all her gems; but i only know about 400 or so kanji; and certainly not any obscure ones unless they have furigana above them. right now the sentence structures are kicking my ass, as that is what we are learning in addition to new vocab and kanji. should, can, cannot, i think, recommend, maybe, etc.... i'm not interested in the dismantelling of her character into a caracature of a good, kind, sharing, ignorant, sister wife sharing a man who has NO interest in her as a person, merely as a brood mare, and ocasional object of derision. God, i love tenchi universe! ann ps i have been reading some other doshinji that was written at a lower grade level....pretty funny. |
