This may be old News to some but since i didnt check it till just now, this is straight from AstroNerdBoy's FAQ July 19, 2009 "Today, Nobuyuki informed me that Geneon Japan is going to be releasing OVA 1, Night Before Carnival, and OVA 2 on Blu-ray in Japan for the low-low price of ¥30660 (~$327 as of this posting). That's right, for $25.15 per episode (not counting shipping, which is going to cost a ton), you too can own the first 13 episodes when they come out on BD on September 26, 2009. My understanding is that this BD set will also have the original English subtitles and English dub. Amazon Japan has the series out for pre-order on sale for ¥22688 (as of this posting)." This makes me kind of aggravated, yet kind of relieved at the same time I'm aggravated because I love Tenchi to death dont get me wrong, but i spent roughly 350 USD on my DVD Tenchi Collection (i bought at least 4 as first runs, hell OVA 3 cost me 80$ bucks) Not to mention i JUST finished my collection (finally), so this basically means my collection is Obsolete, i mean i was willing to wait on the movies on BD as they arent the ones that are gonna sell out, the Ultimate Edition box is expensive even for a DVD set, and since it is the Ultimate Edition Blu-ray set, by the time i get around to getting it, its going to be outrageously expensive, (not to mention shipping these things from Japan is going to be a venture all in itself) However, it means that any chance of FUNI re-dubbing it are gone (i can handle them redoing the subs, as they do a better job) but if they re-dubbed it, it would destroy the classic scenes on top of the original voices which are un-reproducable, so thats kind of a relief, however, i'm more aggravated then relieved, If i bought the 3 movies seperate (as its cheaper that way, even with shipping) and the OVA Blu-ray set, its going to cost me roughly 570 bucks, give or take 20 to 50 bucks, so i'd be dropping half a grand, and thats REALLY steep, even for me, my ENTIRE Tenchi set, didnt cost that much brand new -_- |

Yea tell me about it, and i just got a PS3 to play my BRD movies *sigh* looks like it'll be a couple years before i can pull the kind of cash for those sets |

Does the Bkev not like my Ryo-Ohki?, its ok Ryo-Ohki dont cry, Kev is just a meanie =P If Geneon is willing to Release a 350 USD Blu-Ray version of the Ultimate Edition DVD set, in Japan only, with not only Japanese, but English Audio and Subtitles, theres no way we are going to see it rescued by an American company Whats worse is now that there actually going to release the OVA on Blu-ray, Universe and Tokyo, maybe even the Pretty Sammy and the Mihoshi Special, are going to be released the same way, way overpriced and import only, also kind of obliterating FUNi's hopes to re-release the full OVA continuity aswell |

Did you resize it weird? Like the width but not the corresponding height? It looks out of proportion, but that could be my mind. |

Its out of proportion because i didnt really want it to be small, i wanted it to keep its space, but i'll resize it again because it does look a bit off, lol |
