Those are some gorgeous pics, Jibri. Tenchi Muyo is a hard anime to be a ship'er because -- to my knowledge -- there's never been concrete explicit choosing or shacking up, at least not yet. I'm personally voting for the harem. If a little runt like Seina gets one, why shouldn't Tenchi? |

That's a real good question in TU: why didn't Tenchi go looking for her? Obviously, I'm sure the behind-the-scenes reason was so that they could have the iconic 'carnival' ending that Ryoko-Tenchi loved so much. However, from a character standpoint, I do find it interesting that Tenchi just bailed on everything and went back home. |

I mean in TU, Tenchi goes after Ayeka (who, granted was kidnapped in front of him so he had a bit more of an idea as to where to look for her) but he's just kinda meh about the whole Ryoko thing. I'm not Ryoko-hating here, I just think that wasn't exactly Tenchi's finest call. I think the OAV is a bit better about making Tenchi's priorities clear. "I'd rather die than forsake any one of them." |

Well someone must have been keeping him updated about what was going on with the girls, because he was giving us an update in the last episode. So he must have known what Washu, Mihoshi, Kiyone were up to, and that Ryoko had yet to be found. Which doesn't really make sense considering how much he misses everyone, so if someone was updating him..why would he feel so lonely? |
