Anyone remember little gem? I believe this was on the OVA 12/13 cassette tape way back when. I know I saw it on that.

I wish they had that address on the tape that they mentioned though. All the cast just really seemed to love their roles, and Kate T. Vogt is a madwoman (in the best way)!

God I loved this clip. It does seem like everyone was kinda nolstagic. The other thing I'm struck by is how young they look.

Yeah. I rented this vid from a now-defunct store in my neighborhood, Cine-East. I remember just loving Petrea Burchard's interview especially - not in a stalker way or anything,but she just seemed the most... candid. Like she really REALLY enjoyed the role. Now, however, I think that goes to Kate T. Vogt. Especially the faces she makes!

Tenchi Muyo isn't voiced by VAs. Those are the characters real voices and this VA thing is just big lie >.>

Thanks for posting that! It's so weird to hear the voices you know and love coming out of real people.

I remember when I was watching How I Met Your Mother once and I saw a woman who looked a lot like Petrea. And I think she had a line (I don't remember) something and I was like "hm, that sounds a lot like Ryoko." But I really thought I was just imagining things. The next day I went and looked her up on IMDB (for a different reason) and it listed How I Met Your Mother in her filmography. It was kind of surreal. XD

The voices for the Tenchi series were so well done, Petrea and Kate T. Vogt have to be my favorites though! That was a nice video, it gave me a sense of nostalgia =)

That actually WAS Petrea on How I Met your Mother. She was in Britney's episode I think.

I agree, Kate and Petrea had such rich, unique voices (not to say they all didnt, lol) but man they can act
