Petrea Burchard FTW

Petrea and Kate both have awesome voices, they certainly distinguished Tenchi from other animes for me. The dubbing in Tenchi was much better than many other animes have been also, the casting was done really well for just about every character in the series.

And not to say 1992 is early, but for an anime just coming out of the early 90's its casting Direction was amazing, I mean most Anime from the mid 80's to early 90's had alot of the same actors, and i don't mean in a bad way just most actors were like "Whats Anime?" so that reflected on the performance, so they tended to use alot of the same people, but Tenchi was special, at that time had a completely no name cast, and is still considered by even hardcore subbies that i know as a good dub, One thing I also REALLY liked about Tenchi is all of the actors didn't do many (if any) other anime, so they were almost Tenchi exclusive (Petrea Burchards only other Anime role was a side role in LAIN)
