ICK ICK ICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Ryoko/Ayeka>.< No, no, no, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aeka and Washu. Washu is very much wanting a daughter and Ryoko always pushes her away and rejects her efforts - the two are completely estranged. Aeka never really had a mother that the she could talk to (Misaki is very loving but wacky) and if you know, this is official, Aeka had blue hair too. But she changed it to her father's color to "please Yousho" because he had considered his darker haired mother Funaho the ideal woman (reason why he named his spaceship after her) but I suspect it's really because Aeka is a little bit of a Daddy's girl (afterall, she went his hair color and not brown). Anyway, Washu and Aeka get along good chemistry (TMR, episode 7 - where Aeka asks for a pot for her Ryu-oh). She ends up breaking the pot over Washu's head. Washu really likes this because she think Aeka has a lot of nerve and spunk for a girl her age to handle the universe's greatest genius this way. Washu and Aeka get befriended over time and Washu starts thinking of Aeka as a daughter... And they open up more, and starts doing more and more together with Aeka until Aeka feels suffocated. On one of Misaki's later trips, there is visible jealousy between Misaki and Washu and it gets bad enough that Aeka yells at Washu after Washu tries to boss her around like a mother to a child "You may think you are, but you're not my mother!" That leaves Washu heartbroken (her 1st child was stolen by her husband as a baby) and Ryoko was stolen by Kagato - so she never really had a daughter. It remain a bit chilly until after the marriage, but the two eventually reconcile with Aeka initiating the apology (she see that Washu is still looking after her and is touched by the small thing) and it turns into a deeper relationship with respect. Surprisingly, because she is the control freak, it would seem that Washu would be the dominant one, but she like giving Aeka the controls in and out the bedroom^______________^ as a way to relax (control freak was a counterreaction to her children getting stolen). One more thing to note about Washu/Ayeka, if you ever noticed, nearly in every continuity, Washu has a purple hair band at the back of her head, wrapped around her hair, and then two lines hang down, perfectly approximating Aeka's two purple ponytails. This is but one more sign of connectedness and love with her Shu-shu (Aeka's pet name for Washu^_^). Washu's Purple Ponytails: Washu and Aeka, sexi gyrls! |

Aeka and Washu may have had a fling but Washu will always LOVE her little Ryo-Ohki the most =D
