I may like Yugi more then I like Sakuya, but this is still a cool pic

I've got a love hate relationship with TinT. On the one hand, it was nice to see a setting change and even see the girls talk to each other for a few episodes without Tenchi. (Never thought I'd be saying that, weird how it worked out) But overall, the series isn't that great to me. I disliked all of the antagonists, as they all didn't convey many qualities I associate with the "bad guys". Call me evil, but I didn't like Yugi that much at all, especially the way they made it seem like she was going to join the harem in the future at the end. I really enjoyed the scenes with Ryoko, Mihoshi, and Kiyone trying to convince Ryoko to comeback to Earth, great use of their characters as something other than comic relief. My largest grievance is the portrayal of Washu, they made her hair not only weak, they made her character almost as useless as in Tenchi Forever, she had less air time than she deserved. Also, wtf was with Ryo-Ohki turning into a giant pink robot? When I saw that I literally yelled out "LOLWUT," which freaked out my dogs. I hated Sakuya, because she stole Tenchi from his ladies and she looks like a pasty Aeka knock-off. It ranks higher than GXP and OVA 3 to me but it didn't give me the same sense of enjoyment that earlier OVAs, TU, and the Tenchi movies gave me. It made mekind of grouchy to watch Tenchi be such a douche to all the girls, especially when they just care so much for him. Ultimately, it was another Tenchi series so I bought it, but it is certainly a love hate series for me. Mostly because of characters, partially because the art style was simpler.

It is not Tenchi. It is not Tenchi characters. It just Tenchi character designs with other peoples ideas how to move them.

It just official fanfiction and not concern the Jibri.

It was okay, but I didn't like it much because it was all over the place. At first it was super silly and cartoony, which is fine. I don't mind cartoony. But then later on in the series, they drop the silliness and start trying to be artsy (those weirdly shot scenes) and serious. It just didn't work for me.

Plus the art was hideous. >< I really hated that style.

I actually liked OVA 3 Better.

The only things I liked where: The Opening, The whole Ryoko/Kiyone/Mihoshi stuff, Ayeka looked quite nice in the new art style, The three bad guys that sevred Yugi. Thought they were awesome.

Pretty much hated everything else.
