I think not same voice (maybe same voice actor though), because she has different personality. What do less important personages ponder? |

It depends on how the voice direction saw her, if they saw her as say like a little sister or nuisance, we would get something like a young Ryoko or Mona voice, if they saw her as she truly was a bit shyer and more refined, she would probably come off with a voice like Zero's |

I think the voice Tokimi has in OVA 2. It does change right? I thought it did, but I havent watched OVA 2 then straight to 3 for a while xD |

If we're talking about the English dub, I don't think that Petrea would suit Minagi. In the Japanese dub, Ai Orikasa might be able to pull it off though. She has such a wide range of voices. |
