09/12/2014: My previous attempt at renaming the directory to foil the spambots did not work. I'm trying now to change the login information for the SQL database. There may be a little bit of downtime but it shouldn't take long.
09/11/2014: I've been having problems with spambots preventing legit users from being able to sign up correctly. I've tried changing the directory from bbs to forums. Hopefully that will stop them and I can remove the retrictions stopping real users from signing up. Sorry if some of your bookmarks have become broken. They can be fixed by replacing bbs with forums in the properties.
I liked some of his stories. Actually, I liked a lot of his stories, but it's true that some characters were pushed into the sidelines. All in all, though, I think he tried to give each character their own story, if he's the author I'm thinking of...

From what little I've read of Okuda's Tenchi universe, it was ok, nothing special. I've only been able to read vol.1,9, and 10, of his New Tenchi Muyo Manga. I do feel that it had a better ending then OVA 3.

I thought it was pretty good, overall. the artwork wasn't great, but definetly better than OAV 3 in which our beloved characters resembled the rats from the secret of nimh. best of all were the stories, however. there were a few too many pratfall comedy devices, but some really well thought out plotlines involving character development and a few new and interesting characters.
Minagi, i must say, is how Okuda imagines a perfect Ryoko.
