GP Classification:
Just to improve things. I would have to go with:

1. Seto
-Because she neuters everyone around her. Azusa, Misaki, Funaho. Puppets. Even Ryoko peed herself hearing her name. Everyone else works for her. The entire Misaki family is captive, plus many others. She's kinda boring.
2. Noike
-For not being Kiyone but moreover having an overcomplicated backstory (female Kagato) and brushing the other Tenchi girls off the stage to have screen time in OAV3.
3. Mashisu
-For being ugly.

1.Noike- Words cannot express how much I dislike this character.
2.Yosho- Man-wench needs to be destroyed, the universe would be better off without him.
3.Tennyo- Bad sister, plus she looks too much like OVA Kiyone, who I also didn't like at all. Give me my Achika! (I can wish right?)
