1. Noike - I just don't like her and I think it would be fun to watch her get squished with a steamroller.
2. Mashisu - For stealing Misao away from Tenchi. ;~;
3. Tennyo- Unnecessary and she was kind of ugly. (That's right, I find Mama Kiyone ugly too. Mama Achika is much more beautiful.)

This isn't a character, but I think politics (aka Jurai) should be killed off in the OAV. It should have stayed in GXP where it was a component from the beginning. OAV, it was nice when Jurai were in the background but they barge in and to me it's an unwanted guest.

Seto-fan1 makes a great point about the Jurain family. Tenchi's mom dies when Tenchi is like 3. They attend funeral but when they leave, they take Tenchi's one source of comfort, Tennyo, away with them. This is presumably because he can't tell the difference between his mom and his sister. And then virtually abandon him for the next 14 years. When Kagato comes, his grandfather doesn't even bother to go to the fight on the ship with them, Tenchi is nearly killed. Lo an behold, he has the Light Hawk Wings (LHW) and suddenly Jurai is interested and comes. Despite that, Azusa looks at him like a turd (although the Queens make a favorable impression). And then sister and Airi and Seto and the rest.

The only one to believe in Tenchi before he even displayed power was Tsunami and Ayeka (kinda). (Even Ryoko told him to run and she's the one who made fun of Aeka not feeling the Jurain blood or power running in his veins.)

Anyway, in the marriage shot, Tenchi is put in the pecking order of things, sitting besides aunt Minaho (she doesn't even get introed to him in the anime or has a word, just shows up in a photo because she-beast Mashisu being in heat over Misao is more important) and his sister....

Why does Tenchi have to be in a pecking order? He could wipe that planet out>.> And I think sometimes he should if they come and bother him again. Tenchi has a new family, ones he accepted and that accepted him and stood beside him, he doesn't need the old one rushing back to take him over.

Because there's probably a lot more characters that could go/never really ever had to be on the show in the first place.

Also when you say 'killing off' do you mean as in they 'die/disappear' from the show forever completely?

Characters waving their manparts around and talking about power levels bore the Jibri to death. That not essence of Tenchi Muyo. Jibri's favorite characters pretty weak (Kiyone Cop example) are weak in scheme of things. Still worthy character. Better than powered-up idiot character.
