As for the the issue of incest, well...I semi-pro, semi-against it. I believe that under certain circumstances, it would be alright if consensual, but I am against incest being initiated by a parent or sibling on underage children.

Spouse two people were meant for each other, but god/nature/fate/whatever one wants to call it played a cruel joke on them by making them relatives? I don't believe its for other people to decide whether to destroy their love for each other just because they got handed crap cards in life. But then again, I don't feel anyone has the right to dictate what others do in their own home. Unless you are pulling people off the streets and raping and killing them against their will (you'd be surprised at how many people would willingly let someone kill them), people should mind their own fucking business.

As for the biological issues involved with incest, in other words, inbreeding, well that is another issue all together in a way. The potential child doesn't have a say, and shouldn't be burdened by the the potentially harmful effects of inbreeding. Without taking this into consideration I feel is selfish. Should the day come that the harmful effects of inbreeding are canceled out, as they seem to be amongst the Juraians, then by all means, they can have children if they want. Till then, perhaps its either better to adopt or not have any children at all.
