of TMiL2 on Bluray vs DVD (all 3 movies got released). Now here is small comparison of Tenchi Muyo Ryo-ohki proper. It came out some months ago, it was just too expensive for me ($250). There is an amazon link in the if you wish to buy it. The picture quality is reported to be very good, here are two comparison screenshots: http://www.filedropper.com/blurayvsdvd1_1 More than just the better details, I greatly prefer the colors in bluray. But instead of stills, when actually moving, I'm not really sure you get all that much greater experience on screen. |

Not a fan. The blu-ray movies looked much nicer - this appears to have been DVNRed and brightened up far too much. Although, I must say, the stills almost look like cels. I'd need motion comparison to say for sure my opinion. |

Jibri must admit she found 3 Bluray Tenchi movies online, but for some reason not OAV Blu-Ray. She would buy them if they weren't so expensive. Price is a bit ridiculous. |

Jibri thinks Blu-Ray Tenchi movies should be $20 each or $45 for bundle of 3. OAV1-2 Blu-Ray should be $100-ish. This same price as DVD and she already have DVD, a higher price not really enticing to get same product second time. |
