I'm inclined to agree with SPK. It's been awhile since I read eternal memory (on Jib's old site no less), but I took it as a side-story. A bit of stuff you don't see on-screen. So?

Keep in mind I'm also pro-Ryoko, so I'm clearly biased in that regard.

It's intended to be a part of the movie's canon, as it's done by the same person... right? Anyway, I treat it as a fun sidestory. Also, the second movie could have easily been an OVA.

The second movie Daughter of Darkness is my favorite.
It has Mayuka, who's a cute character, and it just has a lot of cute moments.
I wish that Daughter of Darkness was a part of the OVA canon instead of OVA3.
