I think that Ryoko might be off the hook. At the beginning of Tenchi Muyo in Love, the Galaxy Police HQ is destroyed by Kain. So all of the Galaxy Police files on there criminals might be gone for good. I'm more interested in knowing if the Ryoko from Tenchi in Tokyo is off the hook or if she's still a wanted criminal. |

Well, when the show starts, she's been living with two Jurai princesses and two Galaxy Police officers for a year or so. I'd say anything like that was settled long ago. |
