I don't hate OVA 3, it was just not up to par with the previous 2.. as far as an OVA 4 well of course I'd like to see one. Right now I got around to watching the 2 tenchi movies [in love and forever, i liked in love better] and I'm about 65% through dual parallel season [ 14 minutes into episode 8 as we speak  ] so I'm gonna be starting SKT soon hollaa

I don't know about another OAV, but I can guarantee that Kajishima will continue the TM story in some form, whether it be novels, doujinshi, etc.. Tenchi Muyo! will go on. |

You're correct. I reread the OP. I hope Kajishima not continue Tenchi, I grew detached from latter half of his work on it. |

The third OVA was not bad at all. It did focus on how Tenchi's mother Kiyone died, and more on Tenchi's family. For OVA 4, I will focus more on Tenchi's family. In OVA 3, we learn that Tenchi does have an older sibling. For OVA 4, Tenchi finds out that he does have other siblings. For OVA 4, Tenchi will be tutor by a woman who is one of Tenchi's other siblings. I will add a better romantic rival for Tench's affections. To make things funnier, the rival is around Tenchi's age, and have known him in the past. The rival will cause Tenchi to notice Ayeka's, Ryoko's, and Mihoshi's romantic interests in him are very serious. There has to be a villian for OVA 4. One of the candidates is Ayeka's and Sasami's own father King Azusa. King Azusa's purpose as a villian will be focus on testing Tenchi to see if he is really worthly of being Ayeka's husband and being one of his three heirs.

I would LOVE IT if they made another OVA and a sort of love rival came into it! Think about it- Perhaps they are getting sick of not receiving affection from Tenchi after they all try so hard to get this. And then, I don't know, perhaps some cousin or old family friend of Tenchi's has to come stay. And he treats the girls just the way they want, being appreciative etc. Tenchi then begins to feel things for perhaps one or all of the girls, but is it too late? Are they being won over by this new love rival? ... I think I watch too much soaps and stuff. XD |
