while watching the last episode of dual I noticed this
girl at the bottom right is Kiyone, are there more of these little tenchi pokes throughout the series that I missed or is that the only one?

Sakuya also appears in opening/credits of Dual, I think. Or El-Hazard. Idk. |

yea I'll try and get a bigger picture hold on will edit edit:  there, also pretty sammy is one of the spin-offs that interest me the least per say  so I don't know who those characters are. Also I now want a sequel for dual where they go in space  man

I still don't understand where Zinv came from lol. That's about the only thing that remains unclear to me after watching it. |

I personally believe the two are either the same mecha, or they come from the same source. Zinv generates two Light Hawk Wings, and the Idol is powered by a 1st Gen seed. I don't know of any official word on this. There's a few Pretty Sami cameos in El-Hazard: The Wanderers. In the first episode there's a giant poster of Pretty Sami being put up by some students, one of whom is Amagasaki. And later when Nanami sets up a water park at the Shrine of Water, one of the attractions is a Pretty Sami stage show. And in Magical Project S, Konoha-chan reveals that she's Gennai and Nanami's cousin, and she wants to rule the world just like him. I don't know if it's official, but I like to think that the two live on the same Earth. Also, in Tenchi in Tokyo, one of Tenchi's teachers is Mr. Fujisawa. |

is there a dual discussion thread on this forum? I don't see one. Also that would make sense I guess, I didn't expect the whole light hawk wings ordeal to come into play at all but there it was on episode 13 |
