I just found in the Kajishima doujin Omatsuri Zenjitsu no Yoru 21 Seiki-ban 1, released 2001 and before OAV3, a picture only she and the other girls -- who undoubtedly will marry him. She has been in one other group picture with Tenchi and the girls in the past before but this is the second one I found (she is on the lower left). The other one didn't have Noike but it was drawn circa 1992.

There is no Yosho, Nobuyuki or extended family, just Tenchi and his future wives XD

But there is some evidence in that Tokimi was awfully interested in Nobuyuki and Rea's wedding. And remember, when the girls asked her what she was doing at the wedding, she got all godly on them before playing saying to them "not telling". Let's not forget that she seemed chummy with Rea in the wedding photos.

PS - I don't care who she ends up with.

I don't like Seina, Photon, Gen, Kenshi because they're all reiterations of Tenchi. I'm reading this now:

That makes me mad. Tenchi is the original. Then they start giving the same "amazing" powers to everyone, guess what? They cease to be special. Same with the whole overpowered family. It turns it all into a Dragonball type farce.

That's one reason why I only like OAV1+2. About the only protagonist I liked after Tenchi is Taiyo in Spaceship Agga Ruter but that show was a laugh out loud comedy and different enough from the rest.

Instead of doing the same basic story line 50x over and making everyone less special in the process and also complicating things beyond sanity, they could be up to OAV 8 by now with a single coherent storyline and Tenchi married... with children.

Tenchi is THE Supreme Being! He'll always be more special then the others.

And there's more to Seina and Kenshi then you think.

Seina for instance is a hard worker while Tenchi and Kenshi are just slackers. One's looking to farm carrots his whole life (not that there's necessarily anything wrong with being a slacker) while the other seems to be most comfortable in the woods.

And Kenshi from what I've heard of the final episodes, seems to have a dark side to him, which Tenchi doesn't have.

So no, there not all entirely the same.

They're not entirely the same, they're just very similar. Anyway, I don't know that it's entirely fair to be judging a character's merit based off a wikipedia entry. I don't particularly care what Tokimi chooses to do with herself, as she's only really appeared for any extended period of a show in the third OVA. As for the speculation about Kenshi, it's possible at this point but nobody can really say what will happen there. Kajishima never made her appear in the first season, but there's still time for him to do an OVA supplement episode or, if he's interested in pursuing this even further, he could potentially make a second season. In either case, there could be multiple outcomes. Kenshi's dark side is in episode 11, they mention very early in the series something about the balance between the white and dark Seikijin. Saying that if one becomes evil, the other must be good and vice-versa.

I strongly suggest to you Jibril that you watch GXP and Saint Knight's Tale in full before you start judging them. I judged GXP too earlier when I first read about it, watched an episode, and hated it. It took me a year, but I gave it another try and guess what? I loved the series! I consider it equal to OVA 1 and 2.

I wouldn't be 1/10 as mad if they made the long-awaited OAV3 totally dedicated to the Tenchi family and their trials instead of turning it into a commercial vehicle to both tie in GXP and launch Seikishi off of with the whole contrived Rea subplot among other contrived subplots.

If it left TM!R in peace I wouldn't care at all. Even Zero is supposedly a character from Spaceship Agga Ruter but neither show actively molests me with the fact.

Back to Tokimi. It just bothers me if they don't pair her with Tenchi because there are three goddess sister.

But 2 out of 3 makes no sense. It's not symmetrical>.< In all the doujin I have, either Keiichi gets one goddess sister, or he gets all three -- Belldandy, Skuld, Urd. He NEVER just gets 2 out of 3.

But Tokimi is at the Tenchi household now, ready to get Tenchi-itis and then wetnsloppy with him and her sisters.

Jibril, I don't get it. And none of it makes any sense to me. And if Tenchi IS the chosen one, he sure got his*butt* handed to him with little effort by Z. Why 1, 2, or 3 sisters? What is symetrical about 3 vs 2? Is this a crude refrence? 2 sisters + Tenchi could be a triangle, but not an equaladeral one, and the 4 of them - a rectangle?

I must say that if Tenchi does get married to one or 1 thousand women (or that cute little Kenshi) that will spell the end of the franchise. No one cared when Gilligan got off the island, 'naw mean? Tenchi will be flying his little tree ship with the "Just Married" sign right over the proverbial shark.
