I dunno about a live action Tenchi muyo movie but another movie or say a CGI movie wouldn't be so bad. |

Not sure how a non-OVA related movie could work (besides a live action version. Gawd that would fail so hard) nowadays since, for the most part, we're full on back into the OVA canon with OVA 3 and Isekai Seikishi being in the same universe. As if the fans need even more confusion.  Unless... it was made clear that it was a spinoff. Like those Pretty Sammy series. Otherwise, any movie would have to have some connection to the OVAs. And I wouldn't mind another OVA. Heck, I'm sort of hoping for another OVA, even though right now it's clear it's all about Isekai Seikishi. GXP? Not so much. Not to say that I wouldn't mind to find out what happened to Seina and crew, but right now, I still prefer to see what happened to Tenchi and crew. |

Sweet Jesus, I was full of mixed emotions on this one. Then I finally decided to click the thread. Then the link. Rick rolled. April 1st is the worst day in America. Dad almost convinced me that he was getting me a new car for my bday which is right after. He's getting more treacherous in his old age. Live action Tenchi would suck, hard. |
