1) The Azusa and his Queens know all about Youshoo and his Earth family, and have for hundreds of years, Yousho had return the Galaxy Academy after his first wife died and married Aira. Aira in turn had been in touch with Lady Seto and had Tenchi aunt.

Azusa would also know Tenchi is Yousho grandson, from the time Tenchi was born. Lady Seto visited Earth to see Tenchi after he was born, as Seto stated in Eps 17.

2) Juraian, adopt a great many outsiders into the Royal Families. Azusa himself is only half Juraian. Noike being adopted by Lady Seto should therefore not be a problem. What he does object to for some reason is Ayeka's being single. He has dump twenty suiter on her after all in one novel.

3) Also Azusa also married an Earthling, Lady Funaho. I suspect Azusa real objection is that Yosho marriage was his staying om Earth, which left him to rule with out a clear heir. This would result is a lot of problem for Azusa and the supreme council.

4) Tenchi does do seem to object too much in a certain Doushi, in fact he seem to like Noike a whole lot. Nor do Ayeka and Sasami seem to object when it come down too brass tacks.

Actual most of us believe the Tenchi will end up married to most, if not all of, his Harem just as Seina was in GXP. The only real question is who is Tenchi son mother, now that a real mystry.

as far as the back story I admit I probably dont know half of what you guys all know

but I absolutely hated the ova 3, with everything in me so I watched it once and that was it..which any information that I would have gathered from there, I lack

also as far as the manga ive been recent reading it online, i still have a few left

but I guess some of this makes sense, I just feel that even with this back story, they could have gone another way about doing things and not using some arranged marriage ordeal

At this point....the most possible answer to who is the kid's mother is Ayeka or Noike or maybe even Mihoshi.....Total we know three kids are in the family.....9.5 times out of ten all of them belonging to Tenchi....we know we have Ryoko's daughter, washu's son, and the unknown son....my guess points to noike being the mother....they look similar....the infamous tenchi & noike scene just lets me know they all have sex with him.....even sasami probably by now
