According to Wikipedia, Tenchi has another sister. Her name is Miyuki Kuramitsu. Information about Miyuki is sketchy. Miyuki's mother is Kiyone Masaki. Her father is a member of the Kuramitsu Family.

There is another Miyuki Kuramitsu. She is the mother of Mihoshi's grandfather and her Great Aunt Minami. It is likely Tenchi's and Tennyo's older half sister Miyuki was name after the first Miyuki.

Mihoshi's father Nakita Kuramitsu is the general talking to Mihoshi's grandfather the Marshall and Chief Mechanic of the Galaxy Police.

You make valid points on the timeline issue... I should cheak it out. Here is my contribution:

-Minagi is both Washu's daughter AND Ryoko's daughter because Washu made Ryoko with a combination or Naja's DNA and her own ova cell, Minagi is made with part of Ryoko's DNA and Yakage's DNA so Minagi is technically Washu's, Naja's, Ryoko's, AND Yakage's daughter.

-Washu is also the "mother" of Kagato

Minagi is a manga-only character created by Okuda-sensei. She looks exactly like Ryoko, except with twin facial scars (markings?) and a different sword design.

That's right. Washu had already 'revived' Nagi and the two of them worked on the Ryoko prototypes together. Naja!Kagato eventually merged with a male Ryoko-prototype becoming a hermaphrodite and later expelled the female part, becoming the all-male Kagato we met in episodes 5&6.

Incidentally, the female aspect was/became the little girl Tenchi found in the past during OAV3, and was assimilated with Noike.
