Steiner learns his sword magic whenever Vivi learns a new black magic attack. Meh, Its been far to long since I have played FFIX. I don't think i even beat that damn game. <br><br>I was wondering how Stiener could get those powerful sword techs like that one chick...... You mean Beatrix? She's cool. I've beat the game like 4 to 5 time already. Yeah.
