Had no problems. They also have a new price match policy. Find it lower somewhere else, they'll match/beat it. However, I got books that time and the books were available. Some of the Tenchi DVDs are "on order", so I have no idea how long they'll take to ship. Also, you're out of luck if you live in California, Tennessee, Indiana or Massachusetts. Yep, Buy.com is the way to go. I just got Tenchi Univ. from there with no problems. I just got my 1st shipment of Tenchi DVDs today (got 6 of the 14 DVDs)! I've actually been having pretty decent luck getting Tenchi DVDs on E-bay (wait, maybe i shouldnt' tell you this till i complete my collecting *grin*) The only problem is that you can't always find the one you want, but if you are willing to wait, at least persoanlly, i tend to find things cheeper.
