Anybody own the Tenchi Muyo SNES game?

Nope, it's really not. Yeah, it's nothing to get too excited about. I beat it in about 5 hours tops. Sure would not mind knowing what the TurboDuo, Saturn and PlayStation Tenchi games are like however...I have yet to see any reviews on them or their ISO files anywhere for that matter.

Who is telling you roms are illegal? NES, SNES, regular Game Boy, Sega, Sega CD, Sega Genisis, Jaguaire, Intelevision 1 and 2, and many of the other systems that are not being sold in stores have roms and it is 100% legal to download roms of games not sold new in stores or of anygame never released in the USA or anygame that has been translated. the tenchi RPG is in english on a few sights and is kinda like Final Fantasy Tactics fighting style but the story line is gay. but it is still worth a download. all roms for PSX, N64, and PS2 and Dreamcast are illegal but if you download them no one is going to know but you'll have to live with the guilt of stealing till you delete them or you can keep them in .zip, or .rar formatrs till they are no longer on sale new, if you can only find a game used than it is ok to download the rom,
