09/12/2014: My previous attempt at renaming the directory to foil the spambots did not work. I'm trying now to change the login information for the SQL database. There may be a little bit of downtime but it shouldn't take long.
09/11/2014: I've been having problems with spambots preventing legit users from being able to sign up correctly. I've tried changing the directory from bbs to forums. Hopefully that will stop them and I can remove the retrictions stopping real users from signing up. Sorry if some of your bookmarks have become broken. They can be fixed by replacing bbs with forums in the properties.

The first time i ever interacted with this website it was the summer of 2001. I was a bratty 13 year old with no adult supervision, and this forum as my source of entertainment. Although, back then the forum was on ezboard, and the website was semi-hosted by unitedanime.com. Things have changed over the last....20 years, but randomly remembered this website and didnt want to do work stuff right now. Is there any one even out there anymore?
For anyone trying to reply, you have to disable BBCode, smilies, and auto-parse-URLs due to some PHP updates that deprecated the PHP stuff that does those items.
Anyway.... Howdy!
I check back in here every 5 years or so.
I'm from the past too, maybe you remember seeing me. I was the same as you, but I was 15 at the time. Man... This site basically changed my life, either that, or it was coincident with my life changing.

Pooj, are you acting as the admin now? it seems like Neelick is MIA.
I came back to see whats going on because I was trying to think about what started my interest in programming. I really think it was learning how to make signatures in html and css styling back when the forums were hosted on ezboard. messing with the way the code was interpreted was fun and I never seemed to get it right.
