Basically, I have the same problem as some of the others... ^^; The answers are waaaay too "black and white"... As I have just conducted a survey on my own, I found a few discrepancies when taking your survey. Following are my explainations to the individual problems.<br><br>4.) This question is very biased. It is human nature to attempt to take the easiest way out of a problem; our innate desire to do what is not allowed not withstanding. Crime is not a stranger to any socio-economic class.<br><br>5.) Are you targeting a specific socio-economic class with this survey? If the intended response was how different people would react to being caught stealing, you could have included more options.<br><br>6.) The choices which you supplied to answer this question are too polarized for the information given. You could have mentioned how James' parents treated and disciplined him to garner a more accurate response.<br><br>7.) Once again, this question does not have sufficient information in the question or choices with which to answer. Tim's behaviour could be caused by more variables than you mentioned.<br><br>8.) Again, there is not enough information to gather an unbiased response. Certainly, you can't deny parental rights just for one spanking, regardless of the circumstances. The suspect must have a history of such abuse.<br><br>As I found throughout the survey, I feel that you have attempted to guide the responses of the individuals taking the survey into a specific result. Not that this is entirely bad, becuase it shows you have great knowledge in Psychology and skill in making surveys (Besides, professional surveys consistently engineer results in this manner). You have clearly put a lot of effort into your survey. I think you two are trying to read too much into it. The results aren't going to be very useful anyways, because it is a survey of anime fans at Neelick's board. If RM were to take this to San Quentin and survey actual convicted criminals, then she might get some scientifically accurate data. Hehe ..well, I'm not going to spend hours explaining. Basically, we are working on groups, and only three of the questions and answers were actually created by me (the last three).<br><br>Anyway, this isn't to look for criminals as such. Choice theory states that people choose to commit crimes, and nothing else. It does not take into account biological reasons.
