If you are a stickperson and you want to put on muscle mass, I have your answer.<br>I feel like a prophet, I hope people will listen.<br>Check out The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. The ISBN # is 0-684-85721-9. It costs $25 but, is worth it's weight in gold. <br>I've wasted a lot of time, energy, and money trying to get big. I wish I had found this book when I was 15 years old. I would probably have been huge by now, around 235 lbs. This book shows you the fast track to getting buff. It's all in the training techniques, nutrition and other secrets. Power training won't do it. Bodybuilding is different.
