Know why there aren't many good punk bands left? Because in punk you can't really expand. XD It's not the most complicated style, beat on the drums and slam out some chords and if you get it right, rock on. Then yell the lyrics. Occasionally you luck out and get a good vocalist. Who does "Punk Rock Girl"? Is it The Dead Milk Men? I heard that, thought it was fun. Yes the words are often harsh and yelled instead of sung (is that a word?). It all sounds really cheesey to me when I can hear the words over the music. As Botan points out, that's really hard to do often times. Most recently in the gym I've heard some song about some chick that all the tough or thug or bad guys want. Something about turntables in her eyes and rap metal. Ring a bell any one? Is that pop or punk? I can understand the words. I guess it's like sort of top 40's pop. Any way, the songs a hoot in my book. Watching wrestling doesn't make you a tough guy. Maybe if he learned how to wrestle...<br>Hmmm...
