Snow Elf of Dacia: One of the two races of elves from Dacia. You are the more advanced of the two, living in the great frozen north, almost perpetually surrounded by ice and snow. You have adapted an albino coloration to suit, but have large dark eyes to help with snow blindness. Mountain Elf of Terride: Different from the standard Mountain Elves, you are only known to exist on Terride (doesn't mean you're not elsewhere, just the only place I know you are). You are not giants, but more normal in elven size, and your skin is fair, not bronze, but your hair is red and your eyes bright, often hazel. You prefer the wooded mountains to the stony ones. Sea Elf: Unlike the myth, you are not elven mermaids/men. You do have the ability to stay under water for extremely long time periods, but you do not breath the water, nor have gills or fins (just some slight webbing). You always live near water, and often keep safe holds for your goods in hidden underwater caves. Your attitude may be frigid, and all logic, but you're not evil. You give yourself to study, the pursuit of knowledge and the safety that comes with the power of information. You tend to be a little too opinionated and may lean towards bigotry.

I've been reading quite a lot of Arthurian tales back in college and now there'S this poll... I was wondering... I keep reading heroes or humanoids having "fair" hair or skin. What color is "fair"? Is that gold? Blond? Pale? Dark?

Sylvan elf: Some people confuse you with high elves, which is odd, because you look nothing alike. Much more earthy and nature-centered, you tend to be reclusive and a little xenophobic. You're skin is has an olive-y green color, your darker hair and eyes frequently have a green tint too. You are known for your tracking and hunting skills as well as your ability to blend in to your surroundings. well this is the kind of elf I am acordin too the test.... Dark Elf: Probably the only know race of elves known for being born evil. (Or if you're not, you get corrupted pretty quickly). Living underground, to avoid the sun that burns you, you have adapted excellent night vision, smaller bodies, and some very insidious close range weaponry. You are known for your cruelty, malice and love of torture...

Mountain elf: Sometimes considered one of the smallest races of giants, rather than an elf, but you cling tight to your heritage. Far taller than most elves, and larger and more muscular (but much less so than giants) you have bronzy skin and fire red hair and love the mountainous reaches you dwell in.
