I wanna play a joke on my cousin. he just got a new computer and i wanna change his background from my computer. I know his IP and stuff. He'd have to have file sharing on too most likely, if it's windows. Is it really hacking?<br>In that case does it mean that everytime someone goes into his brother's room and "borrows" a @#%$ playstation controller it's breaking and entering?
