...I think the fact that this is his first post and hasn't replied again tells you how much effort he's put into his argument! Erm, yeah. Even if anime were for kids, it doesn't change the wonderful stories, comedy, and action I've seen time and time again in a medium American can't even begin to touch. I have heard that in Japan it's more or less MANGA that spans all ages, but it doesn't mean Anime can't be enjoyed by all ages. There are plenty of shows far more mature than anything I've seen in American movies...so I guess it tells you how much more mature Japanese children are? Or something! I wouldn't know, since I'm an Anime-loving American. Thats because his posts were deleted. I don't know for sure though. I think it's because it's animated that people find it 'kiddie' though. And maturity doesn't really have to do with it. American Pie was certainly not mature but it's certainly not kiddie either.
